Words that work as hard as you do

Copy that sounds like you, sells like it means it, and doesn't make your customers feel like they're being sold to. For small businesses, e-commerce brands, startups, and everyone in between.

Let's make your words do the heavy lifting.

Sharp copy for businesses that are tired of sounding like everyone else. Homepages, emails, landing pages — written to convert, built to last.

Website copywriting
Homepages, about pages, service pages and landing pages written to build trust, answer objections and guide visitors towards taking action.
Landing pages & sales pages
Conversion-focused pages built around a single goal — whether that's a sign-up, a purchase, or a booked call. Every element earns its place.
Email marketing copy
Welcome sequences, nurture campaigns, promotional emails and re-engagement flows written to feel personal, not like a mailshot.
Brand voice & messaging
Tone of voice, taglines, straplines and core messaging that make your brand sound unmistakably like you — across every channel, consistently.
Product descriptions
E-commerce copy that goes beyond features to explain what something actually does for the person buying it — and why they should choose yours.
Ad copy & social captions
Scroll-stopping hooks, headlines and CTAs for Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn — tested angles that give your campaigns the best possible start.

Copy with strategy behind it

Most copywriters write. I write and think — about your audience, your funnel, your competitors, and what your customer needs to hear before they'll trust you enough to act.

SEO-aware

Built to be found

Every page I write is shaped around what your audience is already searching for. Copy that reads well and ranks well aren't competing priorities — they're the same thing done right.

Conversion-led

Written to convert

I use proven frameworks — PAS, AIDA, FAB — not as formulas but as foundations. The goal is always the same: move the right person from reading to acting.

Brand-faithful

Sounds like you

I get into your brand before I write a word. The copy I deliver should feel like the best version of how you'd describe your own business — not like it came from someone else.

GEO & AEO ready

Written for AI search too

I structure copy to show up in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity — so your brand gets found and recommended wherever your customers are searching.

Simple from start to finish

No complicated onboarding, no endless back-and-forth. Just clear process, clean copy, and a final draft you're proud to put your name on.

Tell me what you need. We'll have a quick conversation to make sure I'm the right fit and talk through what you're trying to achieve.

02

Brief and research

I dig into your audience, your competitors, and your offer before I write anything. The brief shapes everything — try the tool below to get started.

03

First draft

You receive a full first draft with a short rationale explaining the approach — why I opened how I did, which framework I used and why.

04

Revisions and sign-off

One round of revisions is included as standard. Most projects are done in two drafts. You get final copy that's ready to go live.

This is what a rewrite actually looks like

Same product. Same brand. Completely different result — just by changing the words.

✗ Before

Our vitamin C serum is a high-quality skincare product made with 15% L-ascorbic acid. It is suitable for all skin types and helps with brightening and anti-ageing. Apply a few drops to clean skin in the morning before moisturiser. Available in 30ml. Free UK delivery on orders over £30.

Leads with the product, not the person reading it
"High-quality" is a claim every brand makes — it means nothing
Lists features but gives no reason to care about any of them
No emotion, no specificity, no story
✓ After

Dull skin doesn't stand a chance. Our vitamin C serum delivers 15% L-ascorbic acid — the concentration dermatologists actually recommend — directly to the skin cells that need it most. Within four weeks, most customers notice their skin looks brighter, feels firmer, and stops hiding behind concealer. One 30ml bottle. One habit. One less thing to worry about in the morning.

Opens with the reader's problem, not the product
The same 15% stat — now with context that makes it credible
Specific outcome ("four weeks") builds trust without overpromising
Closes with rhythm and personality — memorable, not generic

Common questions

Every project is different, so I price based on scope rather than charging a flat rate. A single landing page is a very different piece of work to a full website rewrite or an ongoing email sequence. Get in touch and tell me what you need — I'll come back to you with a clear quote.
Most single pages and short-form projects turn around in 2–3 working days from a completed brief. Larger projects like website rewrites or full email sequences are scoped individually. I'll always give you a clear timeline before we start.
I've written across property, trades, beauty, skincare, supplements, professional services, e-commerce, and more. I'm not a specialist in one vertical — I'm a specialist in learning yours quickly and writing for it well. If you're in a highly regulated sector like finance or pharmaceuticals, just mention it and we can discuss.
A clear brief makes everything faster and better. That's exactly why the Brief Encounter above exists — use it to pull together your audience, goal, tone, and key message before we speak. The more context you give me, the better the copy I can produce.
Yes — for website and landing page projects I'll always discuss target keywords and search intent before writing. SEO and good copy aren't in conflict; the best-performing pages are the ones that are genuinely useful to the reader, written with the right terms woven in naturally.
One round of revisions is included as standard with every project. Most projects wrap up in two drafts. If a project requires more significant changes beyond that, we can discuss additional time at an agreed rate.
